Part of Leonards working ethos is to make our charges simply and no hidden extras, we like to promote a ‘Flat Fee’ wherever we can so you are 100% sure of your financial commitment.

We have two option in this section Introduction Only or Introduction and Rent Collect

Introduction & Rent Collection

Initial Upfront Market Charge as listed below,

One off payment until the property is let, to include referencing for up to TWO People

-  all Tenants over 18 years old must be referenced

-  Extra Charge per person referenced £60 inc vat - this includes Guarantors (if applicable)

• Taking Photographs of the Property, and uploading with Marketing Script to Rightmove, Zoopla and our own webpage *
• ‘To Let’ Advertising Board to be placed outside the Property (if you do not wish a Board please just let us know)
• Undertake Viewings at the property to secure a suitable tenant
• Taking up references
• Drawing Up the Tenancy Agreement

• Collection of Rent and accounting to you by monthly Statements
• Securing Deposit within Leonards Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS)
• Liaise with you to ensure the Annual Certificates are renewed as required

Additional Services you may wish to also use

* After 3 months Advertising we will assess with you the reason why the property may not have let. We will recommend any changes to help let the property. We reserve the right to remove the advert after 6 months if remains unlet and our recommendations have not been implemented.
