• Current EPC
• Current Gas Safety & Electrical Certificates
• Marketing details/script
• Photo’s (maximum of 10, electronically sent) 

We’ll upload all the details and send you a link to your Live advert. All enquiries are vetted by Leonards, agreed with you before arranging a viewing for you. You are in full control of the Viewings and the choice of Tenant

COSTS AND SERVICES

We will advertise your property on the following portals

• Leonards of London Website
• Zoopla
• RightMove
• Place a ‘To Let’ Board outside the Property

All enquiries will be vetted by our staff, before making an appointment for a viewing we will share with you the following details

• Name & contact details
• Employment status & Income Level
• Move Date
• Number of people to stay in the property

You attend the viewing, meet with your tenants and make the decision on who you want to rent your property. If you have chosen the option for us to undertake the referencing we will start work on their application and pass all the details to you to make the final decision and confirm the application. 

We are happy to tailor a service – just ask and we’ll see what we can do.

All Paperwork is by Email Only, all photographs must be electronically sent and we cannot take responsibility for the quality of Photographs sent.

IF YOU DECLINE A TENANT AFTER REFERENICNG IS COMPLETED YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AGAIN TO RE-ADVERTISE
